I called on a Friday evening because my garage door was misbehaving, for the second time in two weeks. At 76, opening and closing it manually did not appeal or work me.

Nato came over on Saturday. We thought this was going to be an easy fix (a spider’s nest in a sensor, and reinstalling the sensors properly). After cleaning all the panels and dirt around the sensors, he checked the spring….. it was barely touched and, sounding like a gun shot, the spring broke. Thank heaven, it happened to him, not me! I might have crashed my car! He converted my spring to something more durable, lubricated working parts, and my garage door is more balanced and quiet and, best of all, it works! All in 3 1/2 hours.
